Registration - Camper

This is the per-person cost for camping with Brain Freeze. The per-person change applies to every person in your group and is the same regardless of how long you are in the camp. Your camp dues cover many standard infrastructure costs, supplies, transportation, and fees. It takes a lot to get this camp up and running.

As a reminder, there are NO associated sub-camps. Everybody is registering for Brain Freeze. We will do the best we can to keep groups together, but there are no sub-camps going forward.

Remember, you need to register your shelter IN ADDITION to your camper registration. You need to register every shelter you intend on bringing to camp.

How Many People Are You Registering For?

Please provide the name and email address of the people on your registration.

We would recommend you provide an email address for each camper. This will include them in the camp newsletter so they will receive information about the event. Your email addresses will only be used for Burning Man related correspondence.

What Are Your Accommodations?

Did you know that our camp is over 150 people? Wow, that's a lot of people to keep track of and ensure they are in the right spot. Please help us out and let us know where you anticipate you and your group will be camping this year. You can either be camping on your own (e.g., bringing your own RV, Yurt, or Tend) or camping with someone else.

Where will you or your group be physically camping?

Please let us know where you will be camping. You can either be camping on your own or with other people.

Who will you be camping with?

So we can properly place you in camp, please let us know who/where you plan on camping so we can get you to the right spot.

REMINDER, you must also register each shelter you plan on bringing to camp. After registering your campers, please register your shelter, purchase power (optional), purchase water (optional), and RV waste pump outs (optional).

If your group, is bringing two RVs, each must be registered and each must have their own connection to the power grid if they expect to use power.

How many vehicles will your group be bringing?

Please include your tow vehicle (if applicable) in this count, but not camping trailers.

REMINDER, if you are bringing more than ONE vehicle for your group you are required to purchase additional parking permits.

Emergency Contact Information

The Playa is a wonderful, but wild place! Please give us the emergency contact information for your group of a person off Playa. In the event of an emergency, we will use this information for coordination.
